NOTICE OF THE 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This year we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 13^th June at St Mary’s Marshalswick in the church hall, starting at 3.00pm. There is a small amount of parking available behind the church, and much more space across the road in the Quadrant car park.

The agenda for the AGM will be circulated during May, and this will include a summary report of all the Hertbeats activities that have taken place in the past year plus a treasurer’s report and the annual accounts.

Hertbeats has introduced a new membership system for 2025-26. Its based on the Membermojo system used by many small and medium size organisations such as ours. It will enable us all to better manage our data and finance and streamline our processes especially at renewal time. Feedback on the system via membership@hertbeats.org.uk is most welcome.
